Statute of 4th INTERNATIONAL KRAKOW’S CHAMPIONSHIP IN MOUNTAIN RUNNING „THREE MOUNDS RUN”


1.       Event purpose.

 

A main purpose of the event is a popularization idea of running as easiest way of active relax, promotion of healthy life style among Cracow and regional residents and make acqunintance with landscape and historical values.

 

 

2.       Time and Place.

 

a.       3 October 2010 ( Sunday)

b.      The participants meet in Primary School  number 29 at Dembowskiego 12 Street in Cracow between 7:30 and 10:00

c.       Start is planned at 10:30 from Krakus Mound (Podgórze), finish near Piłsudskiego Mound (Wolski Forest)

 

3.       Organizers

The Board of Sport Infrastructure in Cracow

 

4.       Distance

 

a.       The length of the run is about 13 km. Level difference is about 160 m.

b.      Route: Krakusa Mound (start), Dembowskiego Street, Podgórski Square, Piłsudskiego Bridge, Vistula boulevards, Św. Bronisławy Street, Waszyngtona alleys, Kopciuszki Mound, Wolski Forest, Piłsudskiego Mound (finish).

c.       Run shoulde be finished in statue limit time to 13:00 PM

 

 

 

 

 

5.       The terms and conditions of participation.

 

a.       The Participant must fill notification form.

b.      The Participants associated and not- associated born in 1993 and older are authorise to start.

c.       The Participant must have actuall/current medical tests/examinations or make a writing statement about health conditions which authorise to take part in run.

d.      The Participants who are under 18, must have written agreement from tutor.

e.      The entry fee is 20 zł.

f.        The participants exempeted from the fee are participants over 60 years old.

g.       The entry fee cannot be returned in any reasons.

 

 

6.       Applications for participation.

 

a.       Until 30 September 2010 by properly fulfilled application form on the Web site of „Three Mounds Run”

b.      The fee should be paid in Run’s Office simultaneously when recive starter packages or on  the bank account:

Title of payment: „Entry fee „Three Mounds Run”…” (instead of points please write your full name) 

c.       Payment's certificate is necessary to recive a starter package.

d.      The applications and payment in the Championship’s Office- Primary School number 29, Dembowskiego 12 Street, Cracow (area of start)  on 3 October, 2010 between 7:30 AM -9:30 AM.

 

7.       Classification.

 

a.       During „Three Mounds Run” following classification will be held in Open Women and Men and also according to the age categories:

 

17-19 age

20-29 age

30-39

40-49

50-59

60-69

70 and more

apart Women and Man.

 

 

8.       Prizes.

 

a.       In Open category prizes receive Female and Male participants , who’s take place from I to VI

Value of prizes for Women and Man are the same and it is:

SOON

b.      In age category prizes recieve Women and Men, who’s take place from I to III

SOON

c.       The participants classified in Open category take part in division of prizes for individual age category.

9.       Organizer duty

 

a.       Organizer provide a starter package, medal and meal at the finishing line for first 800 people.

b.      The starter package includes: t-shirt, starter number, bag for storage of clothes and private stuff, mineral water, hot meal at the finishing Line.

c.       The Participants who accomplishes the run in the statutory terms will receive the commemorative medal.

d.      Route will be marking.

e.      Organizer provide a medical help during event.

 

10.   Conclusions

 

a.       The particpants of „Three Mounds Run” are obliged to comply following status, general safety rules and remain obdedient to organizers and  peope working in the name of the organizer.

b.      The participants should start in recived T-Shirt.

c.       The participants are obliged to have the entry numbers given by the organizer attache to the front side of the T-Shirt durnig the run.

d.      The participants who cover a distanece illicitementyly will be disqualified.

e.      Event will take place irrespective of wheater conditions.

f.        The participants are obliged to comply with PZLA regulations as well as following statute.

g.       The participants agree to process their private data and their public image in the advertisement and promotional materials by the organizers of run.

h.      The Organizer reserve the right of possibile changes in following statue,  and obligate to inform participants at least run start.

Attention!!

The participants take a responsibility of their own. The organizer doesn't take any responsibility in case of unfortunate accidents during the run. It is indicate to have a self accident insurance.
